PROJECT MANAGEMENT & REPORTING

The project team leader monitors progress and keeps stakeholders informed of accomplishments, delays and adjustments required to stay within schedule and budget. When conflicts or obstacles require changes, the project team leader works with the stakeholders, sponsors and team members to identify contingency plans, update project plans, budget revisions and notify team members of approved changes.

FEASIBILITY STUDIES

When you choose EAPE INT’L LTD to complete your Feasibility Study, professional experts analyze your project in terms of technical feasibility, business viability and cost-effectiveness. The study serves as a way to prove the project’s reasonability and to justify it’s launch. Once the study is complete, a feasibility study report summarizes the activity and states whether the project is realistic and practical.
